Hey there! my name is Noosh at Tattoo Art, a passionate tattoo artist based in Hoddlesden Darwen. Tattoos aren’t just ink on skin; they’re stories, expressions, and art that resonate with people. I’ve now dedicated my life to creating meaningful and unique tattoos that leave a lasting impression. Breaking the rules and doing my own thing not traditional.
